Minority MBA team places second against other major universities

COBA’s team of Jonathan Johnson, Martina Turner and Derreck Shaw took second place in this year’s KeyBank Minority MBA Student Case Competition in Cleveland.  UT’s team was bested only by Tulane University in a competition with 19 schools, including Carnegie Mellon University, Case Western Reserve University, Indiana University, Penn State University, Purdue University, The Ohio State University, and the University of Washington.

Derreck Shaw won the award for best Q&A in the first round of the competition.
